  I've visited this Starbucks multiple times and usually get good food and service. Today, however, I ordered my usual White Chocolate Mocha. I believe instead of white chocolate sauce they used mocha sauce because it does not taste the same. Nor was there whipped cream on top. My name and order was on the cup so I don't believe it was mixed up with someone else's. Could not locate a number to call the store.

  Had to wait 10 minutes for them to tell me they ran out of iced coffee and would be another 5 minutes. Had another employee come by while I was waiting and offer me cold brew. Had to ask for milk since there was no milk or other dairy at the service counter. After one sip, there was something very wrong with the taste so I handed to an employee and left. They did offer me a free drink the next time I was going to come in but I was just visiting Tulsa for a day and wouldn't be back.
  
  There were a number of employees behind the counter but only a couple were doing anything. And how do you run out of iced coffee?  The store maybe had 5 people in there.
  
  This is one of the reserve Starbucks stores but they need a lot of help with running even a basic store.
  
  Oh and when I reached out to corporate, ignored as usual.
